Discovery Workshops
We started with a series of discovery workshops to define the Persona and key problems. We adopted the 'Done is better than perfect' mindset to focus on core value.
- Defined 6 key algorithm pillars: Industry, Budget, Legal Form, Company Size, Categories, Location
- Created detailed user flows for both Companies and Experts
- Verified assumptions on low-fidelity clickable wireframes before writing code
- Prioritized the Core Value Proposition, moving extra features to the backlog
Building in React + Supabase
After defining the scope and business logic:
- Built a responsive frontend in React for a modern user experience
- Leveraged Supabase for rapid backend development and robust data security (RLS)
- Implemented the advanced 'Match Score' algorithm and full Stripe payment integration
