How much does it cost to deploy AI agents?
A fixed fee from PLN 20,000 net per month. That covers a team working for you: a business analyst, a developer and a tech lead. The other option is a Fixed Price quote, which we prepare after Discovery, once the scope is written down.
Where does the agent get its knowledge about our company?
We connect your procedures, documentation, price list, ticket history and CRM. That is how the agent learns the way your company works. When it has no reliable source, it hands the case to a person.
Which task should we start with?
The one that comes up most often and frustrates you the most. Usually it is work that experienced people do only because they know the details. During Discovery we check whether the data for that task is available.
Which systems can the agent work with?
The ones you already use: CRM, ERP, email, calendar, shared drives, spreadsheets. The agent works with the permissions you give it and leaves decisions that need sign-off to a person.
Who owns the intellectual property when the project ends?
You do. Where full rights cannot be transferred, for example with third-party components, you get a licence to use them.
