An AI prototype is a good start
“An app built with AI is a great first step. To carry real users, it still needs to be secured and finished properly.”

Who needs this

The demo works. Real users are a different game.

  • A founder with no tech team

The demo works and people like it. Paying customers are next, and you have no idea whether the app will hold up.

  • A company left with a prototype

Someone built the first version and stopped answering emails. What is left is a repository nobody in the company understands.

  • An app with its first users

People already rely on it, and every fix solves one thing while breaking another.

What we fix

Five things we sort out before you let users in.

  • Security

Login, permissions, API keys and user data locked down.

  • Architecture

A clear structure, so a new feature stops breaking the last one.

  • Refactoring

We clean up the logic AI wrote three times in three different ways.

  • Tests

Automated tests wherever the app touches money or personal data.

  • Handover

Code, docs and access on your own accounts. You know what you own.

Path to production

From demo to an app your users can trust.

  1. Step 1

We look at what you have

What works, what is risky and what is blocking launch. You get a short plan and a fixed price before any work starts.

  2. Step 2

    We fix what is dangerous

First the places where data could leak or the app could go down. Whatever already works well stays as it is.

  3. Step 3

We put it in front of users

Your own domain, backups, monitoring and a release process that leaves the version your users rely on intact.

  4. Step 4

    You keep building your way

Keep vibe coding new features if you like. We make sure they reach production only after review and tests.

Cost and timeline

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

A fixed price, set after the code review and before any work starts. The timeline depends on what we find inside, so we give it to you at that point, with the scope in writing.

  2. 2Fixed Price and deadline in writing

Questions

Before you give anyone access to your app.

Do I have to rewrite the whole app?

Usually not. We stabilise what works and rebuild only what is risky: typically login, data access and the parts every change seems to hit. Screens, flows and the data model from the prototype mostly stay. If a rebuild would cost less than patching, we tell you so and give you both quotes.

Is vibe-coded software safe to run in production?

Without a security review, usually not. AI tools write code that works in a demo, and they often skip what you cannot see: who can access which data, where the API keys live and whether user input is checked on the server. We secure those three areas before the first release.

Can I keep building in Lovable or Cursor?

Yes. We agree on a simple workflow: you build new features in your tool on a separate branch, and they reach production after review and tests. You keep your pace, and your users get a stable app.

How much does it cost to take over an app?

We work on a Fixed Price basis. The price is set after the code review, before any work starts, and written down together with the scope. You know what you will pay and who is accountable: for the whole project you talk directly to the Tech Lead.

When will I see the first results?

Within the first month. We close security gaps and launch blockers first, so you get the first improved version early in the project.

Who owns the code when the project ends?

You do. Economic rights to the code transfer to you under the contract, together with the repository, documentation and access. Where full rights cannot be transferred (for example third-party components), you get a licence to use them.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before we see any code or data. If you have your own template, we use it. We ask only for the access we need to do the work.

My previous developer will not hand over access. What can I do?

We can still help. We run the review on whatever you have: a code export, a database dump or just the running app. Rebuilding the missing pieces is quoted as a separate line item, so you can see exactly what it costs.
