No-code migration

Migrate from Bubble to your own code.
Your app stays live the whole time.

You already know the platform is holding you back. We start the migration with your data model, build the new version alongside the live one and move your users over in a single cut-over.

What has changed

No-code used to give you speed. Today AI on your own code does.

The platform got you to launch fast. Now AI working on a repository gives you that same pace, and no-code has started to slow you down.

  • Integrations

Every unusual integration means a plugin workaround and a long rollout.

We write the integration against your API, quickly and with tests.

  • Performance

Lists and reports slow down as your record count grows.

You tune the database and queries to your own traffic.

  • Cost

The platform bill grows with every new user.

You pay for the infrastructure you actually use.

  • Pace

Competitors ship features faster while you click changes through an editor.

AI agents work across the whole codebase, so new features ship sooner.

How we know

We have been there ourselves.

We built client products in no-code, helped grow the community around it and moved projects onto custom code ourselves. We know the platform's limits from the inside: how it stores data, what the export leaves out and where a workflow runs out of road.

  1. The no-code years

We built on Bubble and FlutterFlow

Client products went to production and won real users.

  2. Community

    We helped build the industry

We co-organised the first Bubble meetup in Poland, sat on the NoCode Days programme board and taught no-code at Warsaw University of Technology. We talked about no-code and low-code in articles and interviews, including for Forbes and MyCompany Polska.

  3. Migrations

    We migrated our own projects

Evento was built on Bubble and has supported more than 640 conferences. We moved its next version, Evento 2.0, onto custom code, and took client projects down the same path.

  4. Today

We implement AI, train teams and host Pionierzy AI

We build on custom code with AI. We know how no-code apps were put together, and we know how to rebuild them with AI.

The process

How a Bubble migration runs, step by step.

  1. 01

    Data model

We start with the data and leave the screens for later. We map out the types, relations, permissions and the workflows that run on them.

    Users: old app
  2. 02

    Export and mapping

We export your content from Bubble and map it onto the target database schema. The migration scripts run as rehearsals, many times over, and every run ends with a discrepancy report.

    Users: old app
  3. 03

A new app on your own code

We rebuild the application with AI in the loop: agents write and test the code, and a Tech Lead reviews it. Usually React and Supabase (PostgreSQL), chosen to fit your traffic and integrations.

    Users: old app
  4. 04

    Cut-over with no downtime

A final data sync and a domain switch inside an agreed window. The old app stays up in read-only mode as your fallback.

    Users: new app
  5. 05

    Growth

The code lives in your repository. You keep building the product with us or with your own team, at the pace AI makes possible. You cancel the platform subscription once the new version has run for the agreed period.

Questions

Before you book a consultation.

Will the app stop working during the migration?

No. While we build, the old app keeps serving your users and the new one grows alongside it. We cut over in an agreed window, after rehearsed data migrations. The old version then stays up in read-only mode as a fallback.

What happens to the data we have in Bubble?

We start with the data model. We export your content, map it onto the target schema and run the migration scripts as rehearsals, many times over. Every run ends with a discrepancy report, so before the cut-over you know exactly what has moved. The final sync happens inside the cut-over window.

What technology do you migrate the app to?

Usually React and Supabase (PostgreSQL). We choose the final stack for your app: its traffic, its integrations and the team that will develop it further. We agree on it before work starts.

Who owns the code after the migration?

You do. We set up the repository on your side from day one, together with documentation and infrastructure access. Once the project ends, your team or another vendor can take over development without us.

Who holds the copyright when the project ends?

You do. Where full rights cannot be transferred (third-party components, for example), you get a licence to use them.
