How much does AI implementation cost?
There are two models. A fixed monthly fee from PLN 20,000 net per month, covering a team that works for you: a business analyst, a developer and a tech lead accountable for the rollout. Or Fixed Price: after Discovery we quote the project with a firm estimate. Either way, you know what you will pay before we start.
When will I see the first results?
Within the first month. We start with one process, so the first improvement reaches your team quickly, and we add the next ones based on the results.
Which process should we start with?
The one that bothers you most this week. It is probably what brought you to this page. We will work out together how to fix it.
Who owns the intellectual property and the data?
You do. When the work is done, we hand over the code, documentation and access. Where full rights cannot be transferred (third-party components, for example), you get a licence to use them. Your data stays in your infrastructure or in an environment you choose.
How does this fit with GDPR and the EU AI Act?
We help you classify the risk level of the system under the AI Act. The agent can access only the data it needs, and wherever a decision affects people, a person has the final say. We prepare the data processing agreement and the AI use register during the project.
Will we stay independent?
Yes. The code, documentation and access are yours, and in the final stage we train your team to develop the system on its own. If you would rather hand maintenance over, you can choose an SLA.
