⚡ Pionierzy AI: a meetup about AI in practice, not in theory

Pionierzy AI is a series of meetups for people who actually deploy artificial intelligence in-house: in companies, law firms, factories and software houses. No slides about „the future of work”, no generalities. The stage belongs to practitioners who show the numbers, the decisions and the costs: what worked, and what didn't.

The format is simple: 8 speakers, 15 minutes each, pure substance. Fifteen minutes is too short for fluff and just right for one strong case: the problem, the deployment, the result. After the talks come pizza, networking and open conversations with the speakers. Those conversations, not the slides, are the heart of the event.

The first edition of Pionierzy AI took place on 10 June 2026 at the PKO Rotunda in Warsaw, with free admission. Interest exceeded expectations: all 120 seats went instantly, and the room stayed full from the first talk to the last.

The first edition's line-up was a cross-section of real AI deployments from completely different industries, from manufacturing, through law, to banking:

Takeaway: the greatest value comes not from the models, but from the people who can deploy them in a real business, factoring in data, costs and constraints. It surfaced in every talk: the model itself is often the easiest piece of the puzzle, and the real work begins with the integration, the data and the processes around it.

What connected such different fields as manufacturing, law, banking and software? A common denominator: substance over hype. Instead of forecasts about what AI will „one day” do, the audience heard what already works in production today and how much time and money it really saves.

⚡ Personit as the event's Main Partner
